Welcome to Violante's! We are thrilled to share that Vitiello Bakery is now part of our family, keeping the Vitiello legacy alive. Everything is baked fresh daily by Mark, Frank's son, who has joined our team. With a diverse selection of famous rolls, custom cakes, pastries, and cookies, we invite you to visit us and experience the difference for yourself!
Our Baker - Mr. Mark Vitiello
The day kicks off at 4 am, as the ovens fire up and the bread emerges from the proofers. Soon, the aroma freshly baked bread envelops the air in Nutley, NJ, all thanks to our talented in-house baker, Mr. Mark Vitiello. more than 40 years of experience, Mark personally hand rolls every loaf, decorates each cupcake, and fills every cannoli. From birthday cakes to holiday treats, he crafts it all with care.
